The Workforce Development Pathway offers structured career development options from the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics. Information includes occupation description, future job outlook, skills and technology requirements and wages. In addition, Advantage Point provides training programs, apprenticeships, and company specific opportunities for each job classification.
The Student Resource section of Advantage Point includes access to the Interest Profiler created by the Occupational Information Network (O*NET), which is a web-based, self-assessment career exploration tool that can help people discover the type of work activities and occupations that are related to their interests.
