THE WORKFORCE PATHWAY
- The Advantage Point Workforce Pathway provides a single point of access to multiple job posting sites for jobs in your state, as well as state approved training providers to provide awareness of the opportunities for the student.
- The Workforce Pathway features state strategic initiatives identifying areas of job growth and the effort to increase the educational level of certifications in the state. In addition, Advantage Point presents the funding opportunities available to students and employers offered by a state funding authority, if available.
- .The product displays opportunities based on the student’s area of interest. The businesses, colleges, state initiatives, apprenticeships and training providers represent the indicated areas of interest of the student
s. Colleges are displayed that offer a degree for the areas of interest.
- Business subscribers (businesses, colleges, training, apprenticeships) can present their opportunities directly to students. We also provide subscribers with a series of analytics to review the success of their messaging.
- Local opportunities can be sorted visually using a mapping tool to help students identify jobs based on the student's location.
